The product is baby fine and does not cause any soreness when using it. I use it 3 times a week and everyone comments on how nice my skin is. With regular use, your dead skin will disappear and new skin glows without harsh chemicals or peels. Garden Girl Products are not only the best organic skin care products but the best of all brands! Starting Over microdermabrasion scrub is a staple in my skin care routine. I can't be without it!!! I use it 2-3 times a week. It leaves my skin so soft without any filmy residue that most exfoliants leave behind. Thank you Kristin!

My face is super sensitive, prone to turn bright red when irritated, and incredibly dry. I have tried pretty much everything. I finally tried Starting Over, and I have no reason to ever try anything else again. I use it about twice a week. My face does not turn red, it does not hurt, and all the dry skin is gone. In my case, I definitely need to use a very light touch. Used in combination with Cookies and Cream masque, I have better-than-spa results at home!

This product gives your skin a second chance to start over and look amazing! I use it 3-4 times a week. It not only gets rid of dead skin but it minimizes fine lines and wrinkles! It is not a harsh face scrub either; the tiny crystals make it a delicate cleansing with remarkable results.
